The Poppy and Parliament is currently seeking to expand our already exciting team of talented professionals. Kitchen
Candidates will be expected to be trained in whatever area of the kitchen that Chef deems appropriate, depending on the applicant's strengths and weaknesses.
Applicants will learn the art of butchery, grinding meats, and proper European technique under the guidance of Chef Barry O’Connor and Chef Kristen Caroselli.
Applicants must be passionate about food, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work together with coworkers to put out excellent quality dishes.
Cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality are an absolute necessity.
Must have extreme attention to detail, and be able to consistently put out quality dishes according to Chef’s specifications.
Must be able to follow and adhere to company policies and procedures
Dish Porter
Applicants must be eager to learn and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work professionally alongside co-workers is a must.

Bar
Applicants must be driven and passionate about delivering exquisite service.

Applicants will be expected to have wine, beer, and craft cocktail knowledge to educate guests on our unfamiliar concept.
All applicants will be expected to completely comprehend and communicate the food menu and be knowledgeable on how to sell it. Familiarity with serving is a plus

Barista talents are beneficial since we will serve Irish, Italian, French and Japanese specialty coffees.
